In line with the Eastern Province Emirate’s commitment to enhancing the quality of its services and in accordance with the directives of the wise leadership to ensure the delivery of government services in the easiest, most efficient, and timely manner, the Emirate reaffirms its dedication to achieving beneficiary satisfaction by providing electronic services through its official online portal, available around the clock.
Presented below is a list of the electronic services available on the Emirate’s portal that meet these standards, along with the maximum time required to deliver each service. It should be noted that the stated timeframe does not include the period needed to complete missing information, should the beneficiary fail to provide all required data. It also does not include the time required for processing by other government entities when the nature of the transaction requires such coordination.
Beneficiaries are reminded to adhere to the terms and requirements of each service, as outlined in the Electronic Services Guide. All additional services will be gradually added to this list as they become available.
