Monitoring and Moderation of E-Participation

The Emirate ensures that all contributions are monitored and reviewed prior to publication to verify compliance with the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and to promote a constructive dialogue that achieves the intended objectives. This is carried out in accordance with the following terms and conditions:

• All contributions must comply with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
• Contributions must be written in clear and respectful language, and must not contain offensive expressions.
• Duplicate submissions should be avoided.
• Contributions must be serious, objective, clear, and concise.
• Personal information such as names, contact details, or addresses must not be published.
• Users must not exploit the electronic participation systems or policies in any way that could affect their performance, security, speed, or continuity.

E-Participation Oversight Team

The E-Participation Team at the Emirate of the Eastern Province is responsible for overseeing all electronic participation and consultation channels, which include the collection of public feedback and opinions to support the development of laws, regulations, and new initiatives.
