Introduction
هي إحدى محافظات المنطقة الشرقية بالمملكة العربية السعودية، اُستحدثت في شهر أبريل سنة 2022م، وحدودها وفقًا للمركز الوطني للوثائق والمحفوظات في الدليل الموحد لترميز المناطق والمحافظات والمراكز الإدارية، يبدأ من بعد طريق الرياض جنوبًا حتى محافظة بقيق غربًا، ومحافظة الجبيل شمالًا، وطريق أبو حدرية شرقًا، فئة المحافظة (ب). وقد أصبحت بعض أحياء مدينة الدمام جزءًا من محافظة البيضاء، وأصبح مطار الملك فهد الدولي أهم معالمها. تقع في حاضرة الدمام، وتقدر مساحتها بحوالي 1277 كم2.

Al-Bayda is one of the governorates of the Eastern Province in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. It was established in April 2022, and according to the National Center for Archives and Records, as stated in the Unified Guide for the Coding of Regions, Governorates, and Administrative Centers, its boundaries extend from south of the Riyadh Road, to Buqayq Governorate in the west, Jubail Governorate in the north, and Abu Hadriyah Road in the east. It is classified as a Category (B) governorate.
Several districts that were previously part of Dammam City have now become part of Al-Bayda Governorate, and King Fahd International Airport stands as one of its most prominent landmarks. The governorate is located within the Dammam Metropolitan Area and covers an area of approximately 1,277 square kilometers.
