Basic Requirements for Service Implementation
1. A copy of the National ID card if the applicant is single, or a copy of the Family Registry if the applicant is married.
2. A copy of the divorce certificate if the applicant is divorced.
3. An official statement certified by the local mayor (‘Umdah) and the police, confirming that the applicant has not remarried since the divorce and indicating his current marital status.
4. A copy of the death certificate if the applicant’s previous wife is deceased.
5. A medical examination report, obtainable through the Sehhaty application.
6. A Personal Data Document, which can be obtained via the Absher platform under Civil Affairs Requests.
7. A Criminal Record Clearance Certificate, obtainable via the Absher platform under Criminal Record Requests.
8. An official statement certified by the local mayor (‘Umdah) and police, confirming that the applicant has never been married to a Saudi or a non-Saudi woman.
9. A copy of the passport of the prospective spouse, if she has already been identified.
10. A salary certificate certified by the issuing authority.
- If employed in the private sector, the certificate must be attested by the Chamber of Commerce.
- If unemployed, a certified statement of non-employment must be obtained from the local mayor (‘Umdah) and police.
11. Proof of residence (National Address) for the Saudi applicant.

Service Process
1. Select the required service.
2. Prepare all required documents and attachments.
3. Access the service through the Unified National Access (National Single Sign-On) portal.
4. Complete all required fields and attach the supporting documents.
5. Confirm and approve the electronic declaration for data accuracy.
6. Submit the application.
7. The application number will appear on the screen, and the applicant will receive an SMS containing the reference number.
