Requirements
  1. نسخة من الهوية الوطنية اذا كان غير متزوج ونسخه من سجل الأسرة اذا كان متزوج. 
  2. صورة من صك الطلاق إذا كان مطلق أو صورة شهادة الوفاة إذا كانت زوجته متوفية.
  3. مشهد مصدق من العمدة والشرطة بعدم الزواج من تاريخ الطلاق لا من داخل المملكة ولا من خارجها موضحاً به الحالة الإجتماعية.
  4. مشهد من العمدة مصدق من الشرطة اذا لم يسبق له الزواج لا من سعودية ولا من اجنبية.
  5. تعريف بالراتب مصدق من جهة إصداره ، ومن الغرفة التجارية ذا كان موظف قطاع خاص وإذا لم يكن يعمل مشهد مصدق من العمدة والشرطة بعدم العمل.
  6. إثبات سكن العنوان الوطني .
Terms

1- أن تكون الحالة الاجتماعية لمقدم الطلب (أعزب) ولا يقل عمره عن (30) عاماً  واذا كانت هناك صلة قرابه من الدرجة الأولى مثبته بالوثائق لا يقل عمره عن (25) عاماً ويتم التجاوز عن سن العمر إذا كان مطلق أو زوجته متوفاة وأن لا يزيد عمره عن (70) عاما. 

2-أن تكون مهنته المسجلة بالأحوال مطابقة مع عمله الحالي.

3- ألا يكون بعصمة المتقدم زوجه وإذا كان متزوجاً فعليه إحضار تقرير طبي من مستشفى حكومي أو خاص مصادق عليه من وزارة الصحة يثبت عجزها عن الحمل أو المعاشرة الزوجية أو إصابتها بمرض يمنعها من ذلك. 

4- اذا كان مطلق لابد من مرور ستة أشهر على الطلاق وإسقاطها من سجل الأسرة.

5- أن تكون الفتاة المرغوب الزواج منها مسلمة الديانة.

6- أن لا يكون راغب الزواج مبتعث لا على حساب الحكومة ولا على حسابه الخاص.

Service Level Agreement (SLA)

In line with the Eastern Province Emirate’s commitment to enhancing the quality of services it provides, and in fulfillment of its assigned duties and responsibilities and in accordance with the directives of the wise leadership to ensure that services are delivered in the easiest, most efficient, and timely manner, the Emirate is dedicated to offering electronic services through its official portal and smart devices.

These digital services aim to facilitate and expedite the completion of official transactions for beneficiaries by providing user-friendly, fast, and reliable e-services that meet their needs effectively.

Privacy and Information Confidentiality

The Eastern Province Emirate places the confidentiality of beneficiaries’ information at the top of its priorities. The Emirate makes every effort to deliver high-quality services to all beneficiaries in accordance with the Service Level Agreement (SLA), ensuring the protection of personal data and the confidentiality of all information exchanged through its electronic services.

Requirements_en
  1. A copy of the National ID card if the applicant is single, or a copy of the Family Registry if the applicant is married.
  2. A copy of the divorce certificate if the applicant is divorced, or a copy of the death certificate if the applicant’s previous wife is deceased.
  3. An official statement certified by the local mayor (‘Umdah) and the police, confirming that the applicant has not remarried since the divorce, either inside or outside the Kingdom, and clearly stating his current marital status.

  5. A salary certificate certified by the issuing authority, and by the Chamber of Commerce if the applicant works in the private sector.
    • If the applicant is unemployed, a certified statement of non-employment must be obtained from the local mayor (‘Umdah) and police.
  6. National Address Proof of Residence.

  1. The applicant must be single and at least 30 years old.
    • If there is a first-degree family relationship between the applicant and the prospective spouse, verified through official documentation, the minimum age requirement is 25 years.
    • The age requirement may be waived if the applicant is divorced or his wife is deceased.
    • The applicant’s age must not exceed 70 years.
  2. The applicant’s registered occupation in the Civil Affairs records must match his current employment.
  3. The applicant must not currently have a wife under his guardianship.
    • If he is married, he must provide a medical report from a government or private hospital, certified by the Ministry of Health, confirming that his wife is unable to conceive, unable to engage in marital relations, or suffers from a medical condition preventing marital life.
  4. If the applicant is divorced, a period of at least six (6) months must have passed since the divorce, and the divorced wife must be removed from the Family Registry.
  5. The prospective spouse must be a Muslim woman.
  6. The applicant must not be a scholarship student, whether sponsored by the government or self-funded.
