تماشياً مع توجهات إمارة المنطقة الشرقية للارتقاء بالخدمات التي تقدمها و انطلاقاً مما أوكل إليها من مهام ومسؤوليات، وبما يتوافق مع توجيهات القيادة الكريمة ببذل كل ما من شأنه تقديم الخدمات بأسهل وأيسر الطرق وبالسرعة القصوى فقد حرصت على توفير خدمات الكترونية عبر البوابة الإلكترونية للإمارة، وكذلك الأجهزة الذكية. وذلك بغرض تسهيل وتسريع انجاز معاملات المستفيدين الرسمية عبر استخدام هذه الخدمات الالكترونية

In line with the Eastern Province Emirate’s commitment to enhancing the quality of services it provides, and in fulfillment of its assigned duties and responsibilities and in accordance with the directives of the wise leadership to ensure that services are delivered in the easiest, most efficient, and timely manner, the Emirate is dedicated to offering electronic services through its official portal and smart devices.
These digital services aim to facilitate and expedite the completion of official transactions for beneficiaries by providing user-friendly, fast, and reliable e-services that meet their needs effectively.
Privacy and Information Confidentiality
The Eastern Province Emirate places the confidentiality of beneficiaries’ information at the top of its priorities. The Emirate makes every effort to deliver high-quality services to all beneficiaries in accordance with the Service Level Agreement (SLA), ensuring the protection of personal data and the confidentiality of all information exchanged through its electronic services.

Basic Requirements for Service Implementation
- A medical report on the health condition of the wife (if the applicant is currently married).
- An employment certificate.
- If employed in the private sector, the certificate must be attested by the Chamber of Commerce.
- If unemployed, a certified statement of non-employment must be obtained from the local mayor (‘Umdah) and police.
- A copy of the National ID card (Civil Affairs ID).
- A recent personal photograph of the husband.
- A copy of the death certificate or divorce decree for either party if previously married.
- A copy of the wife’s birth certificate, indicating the certificate number and date.
- Copies of the valid residence permit (Iqama) and passport.
- A written and notarized declaration of consent from the wife.
Service Process
- Select the required service.
- Prepare all necessary documents and attachments.
- Access the service through the Unified National Access (National Single Sign-On) portal.
- Complete all required fields and attach supporting documents.
- Confirm and approve the electronic declaration verifying the accuracy of the provided data.
- Submit the application.
- The application number will appear on the screen, and the applicant will receive an SMS containing the reference number.
