Requirements
طلبات الطرف السعودي
- معروض موجه للإمارة مقدم من ولي المرأة السعودية أو وكيله الشرعي (صورة من الوكالة).
- صورة الهوية الوطنية للمرأة وولي أمرها أو وكيله الشرعي .
- صورة من صك الطلاق إذا كانت مطلقه أو شهادة وفاة اذا كان الزوج متوفي.
- تعريف من عملها مصدق موضح فيه الدخل الشهري ومصدق من الغرفة التجارية إذا كانت موظفة قطاع خاص وإذا لم تكن تعمل فمشهد مصدق من العمدة والشرطة بعدم العمل.
- إثبات سكن العنوان الوطني .
طلبات الطرف غير السعودي المولود في المملكة
- صورة الإقامة سارية الصلاحية.
- صورة من جواز السفر ساري الصلاحية .
- صورة من شهادة الميلاد صادرة من الاحوال المدنية .
- تعريف من عمله موضح فيه دخله الشهري مصدق من الغرفة التجارية.
- برنت مفصل من الجوازات أو أبشر.
- صحيفة خلو سوابق من بلده مصدقه من السفارة السعودية ومن الخارجية السعودية.

In line with the Eastern Province Emirate’s commitment to enhancing the quality of services it provides, and in fulfillment of its assigned duties and responsibilities and in accordance with the directives of the wise leadership to ensure that services are delivered in the easiest, most efficient, and timely manner, the Emirate is dedicated to offering electronic services through its official portal and smart devices.
These digital services aim to facilitate and expedite the completion of official transactions for beneficiaries by providing user-friendly, fast, and reliable e-services that meet their needs effectively.
Privacy and Information Confidentiality
The Eastern Province Emirate places the confidentiality of beneficiaries’ information at the top of its priorities. The Emirate makes every effort to deliver high-quality services to all beneficiaries in accordance with the Service Level Agreement (SLA), ensuring the protection of personal data and the confidentiality of all information exchanged through its electronic services.

Requirements for the Saudi Applicant
- A formal written request addressed to the Emirate, submitted by the woman’s legal guardian or his authorized representative (attach a copy of the power of attorney).
- A copy of the national identity card of the Saudi woman and her legal guardian or authorized representative.
- A copy of the divorce certificate if the applicant is divorced, or a death certificate if the husband is deceased.
- An employment certificate indicating the applicant’s job title and monthly income, certified by her employer.
- If employed in the private sector, the certificate must be attested by the Chamber of Commerce.
- If unemployed, a certified statement of non-employment must be obtained from the local mayor (‘Umdah) and the police.
- Proof of residence, such as the National Address certificate.
Requirements for the Non-Saudi Applicant Born in the Kingdom
- A copy of the valid residence permit (Iqama).
- A copy of the valid passport.
- A copy of the birth certificate issued by the Civil Affairs Department.
- An employment certificate stating his job title and monthly income, certified by the Chamber of Commerce.
- A detailed residency record printout issued by the General Directorate of Passports or obtained through the Absher platform.
- A certificate of good conduct (police clearance report) issued by the relevant authority in his country of origin, attested by the Saudi Embassy and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in the Kingdom.
